Shipping Rates
Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
We offer flat-rate shipping of $80 CAD for deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Outside the GTA
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size and weight of the equipment, and the shipping method.
Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
SweepTech is not responsible for delays caused by:

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your shipment arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify SweepTech within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the packaging and damaged product may be required to assist with the claim.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned due to reasons not caused by SweepTech, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, re-delivery fees, and applicable administrative costs.
