We offer flat-rate shipping of $80 CAD for deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Outside the GTA

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size and weight of the equipment, and the shipping method.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

SweepTech is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs clearance (if applicable)
• Supply chain disruptions
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify SweepTech within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the packaging and damaged product may be required to assist with the claim.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned due to reasons not caused by SweepTech, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges, re-delivery fees, and applicable administrative costs.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders are considered accepted only after payment has been verified and the order has been approved for shipment.

SweepTech reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

4. Payment

Payment must be received before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If financing or installment payments are offered through a third-party provider, your financing agreement is solely between you and the financing provider. SweepTech is not responsible for financing approvals, payment schedules, interest charges, or financing decisions.

5. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Customs clearance

• Supply chain disruptions

• Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product has been delivered to the shipping carrier or delivered to the customer, as applicable.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect shipments upon arrival.

Any shipping damage or missing items should be reported to SweepTech within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by SweepTech's Warranty Policy.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse

• Abuse

• Neglect

• Improper maintenance

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Accidents

• Normal wear and tear

9. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with all operating instructions.

SweepTech is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper use of our equipment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweepTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits

• Business interruption

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of business opportunities

• Loss of data

SweepTech's maximum liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, videos, and trademarks, is the property of SweepTech unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
