Return & Refund Policy

At SweepTech, we want you to purchase with confidence. If you change your mind, you may return your machine under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The machine must not have been used, operated, or put into service.

  • The machine must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original accessories, manuals, chargers, batteries (if applicable), packaging, and included components.

  • The product must be free from damage, scratches, dents, excessive handling, or missing parts.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must contact SweepTech to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as SweepTech is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Administrative Fee

A $100 CAD administrative/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, processing, and administrative costs.

Inspection and Refund

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return requirements.

If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • The refund amount will equal the purchase price minus the $100 CAD administrative fee and any applicable shipping charges.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the inspection is completed, although the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The machine has been used or shows signs of operation.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence.

  • Parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging are missing.

  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The product has been modified, repaired, or altered without authorization from SweepTech.

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, it may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense, and no refund will be issued.
