At SweepTech, we're committed to making ownership simple and worry-free.
We proudly serve customers across Canada with the majority of our machines sold and supported online.
Every SweepTech floor scrubber is built with a modular design. Key electrical components—including the battery, charger, brush motor, vacuum motor, controller, LCD display, and key switch—use plug-and-play connectors, making them easy to replace if needed.
In most cases, there is no need to return the entire machine. Our technical support team can diagnose issues remotely and guide you through the repair process. We also provide instructional videos and live phone support to help you replace covered components quickly and safely.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Your SweepTech floor scrubber is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in factory-installed electrical components, including but not limited to:

Electronic controller

Other original electrical components installed by SweepTech
Warranty service and replacement parts are handled through our service facility in Scarborough Ontario.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper operation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications

Labor charges for installing replacement parts

Shipping costs for returning machine to SweepTech, unless approved in writing

Shipping costs for sending machine to the customer after required
This warranty covers replacement parts & labor. However, our technical support team is always available to assist with installation over the phone and through detailed instructional videos.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Getting support is quick and easy.
Step 1 – Contact Us
If you experience an issue with your machine, simply contact us through our website, email, or by phone.
Our customer support team is available 5 Days a week and aims to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Step 2 – Remote Diagnosis
Our technicians will work with you to troubleshoot and identify the problem remotely.
The vast majority of issues can be diagnosed without requiring you to return the entire machine.
If we determine that a warranty-covered component is defective, we will arrange for a replacement part to be shipped to your address. Our technical team will also provide installation guidance, video tutorials, and live phone support to help you get your SweepTech machine back up and running as quickly as possible.
